Returns Policy
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
The return of merchandise shall fall within the criteria of Auto Agencies.
- ANY returns must have corresponding documents attached
- Unit has not been fitted / no wear and tear
- Packaging to be in tidy condition (E.G No grease marks)
- Restocking fee of 15% applies after 50 days from date of purchase
- Returns after 3 months will be declined
We will Issue Credit to your account if terms are met. For return/unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
